About

Explore Theft Auto is the free, spoiler-safe exploration companion for GTA 6, made for players who want to find things themselves. Tell it how far you are in the story and nothing past that point is ever shown. When you are stuck, it gives hints instead of pins, one step at a time: how many are left in an area you have reached, then a clue, then a rough circle on the map, and the exact spot only if you ask for it. Completionists get the full checklist too. It works in the browser on any phone or PC, needs no account, has no ads and no in-app purchases, and hosts no leaked images or videos. Built by one fan, in the open, with a public roadmap and a Discord where every channel is gated by story progress.

Who builds this

One developer, one fan, in the open. Explore Theft Auto is being built in public in the weeks before the game launches, and the roadmap, the Discord and this site are all run by the same person. There is no company behind it and no plan to put ads in it.

Install it

Explore Theft Auto works in the browser, and you can also keep it on your home screen, where it opens full screen and the map and checklist keep working without a connection once you have visited them.

On Android, in Chrome: open the menu and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen).

On iPhone or iPad, in Safari: open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen.

On a computer, in Chrome or Edge: use the install icon at the end of the address bar.
